2. Service Offerings

LogicHubLab provides a range of educational products and experiences designed to enhance your expertise in AI tools and automation skills.

2.1 Live Workshops and Coaching Sessions (Services)

Interactive live events, group workshops and personalized coaching delivered by expert instructors.

2.2 Digital Courses and E-books (Info Products)

Self-paced online modules, video lessons and downloadable e-books accessible immediately after purchase.

2.3 Branded Merchandise (Goods)

Physical items such as apparel, accessories and gadgets featuring the LogicHubLab branding.

3. Payment Terms

All fees are due in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and PayPal. Access to Services or Info Products is granted only after successful payment.

4. Refund Policy

LogicHubLab strives for your complete satisfaction. Please review our refund guidelines by category:

4.1 Services (Live Workshops and Coaching Sessions)

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing at least 14 days before the scheduled session. If you cancel within this period, you may choose to transfer your enrollment to another date or receive a full refund. Transfers are subject to availability. No refunds will be issued once a session has commenced, due to instructor scheduling and resource planning. If LogicHubLab cancels a session, you will receive either a full credit toward a future event or a full refund. Refunds or credits are processed within 30 days to the original payment method.

4.2 Info Products (Digital Courses and E-books)

Requests for a refund must be made within 7 days of purchase and are eligible only if less than 20% of the content has been accessed. To submit a request, please use our contact form. Valid refund requests will be processed within 14 days to the original payment method. After 7 days or once the access threshold is exceeded, no refunds are granted.

4.3 Goods (Branded Merchandise)

Unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. Merchandise must be in original condition and packaging. Upon receipt and inspection, refunds will be issued within 14 days to the original payment method. Clearance or limited edition items are final sale and are not eligible for return.

5. Non-Refundable Offerings

Certain custom development projects or specialized training packages require a non-refundable deposit due to the allocation of materials, personnel and planning resources. This policy will be clearly indicated prior to purchase.

6. Modification of Terms

LogicHubLab reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect upon posting at LogicHubLab.pro. Continued use of our offerings after changes implies acceptance of the revised terms.
